Once learners complete their self-assessments and receive responses, they will review and interpret their 360 Diagnostic results to understand the feedback and identify key skills to target in their learning experience. Learners can access the Help Center article: Reviewing Results.
Learners can assess feedback in a 1:1 Coaching Session or self-directed 360 review. You can evaluate the options below to determine which is best for your learners.
360 1:1 Coaching Session
You can help accelerate your learners' performances by partnering them with an Executive Coach. Executive Coaching is an optional service that allows learners to analyze their 360 results more thoroughly and understand how their respondents view them. During their time together, learners identify vital skills to continually target on their core impact journey to progress as an individual.
1:1 coaching sessions are one-hour in length. Coaching is an optional service, though it's a highly recommended "add-on" for all relevant audiences.
Please note:
- As of now, if 360 1:1 coaching is selected, then all learners enrolled in the Facilitated Course will receive coaching sessions.
- Additionally, all learners enrolled in the Facilitated Course will receive 360 emails.
- If learners enrolled in the Facilitated Course have previously completed the FranklinCovey 360 diagnostic, then they will not be prompted via email to complete a new one unless their 360 is archived. Please reach out to allaccesscare@franklincovey.com in order to have a learner's 360 archived. It is not recommended for a learner to complete a new 360 diagnostic until at least one year has passed since they initially completed it. For more information, please visit Archiving 360 Diagnostic Results in Order to Assign a New 360.
- If 360 1:1 coaching is selected, then all learners will be prompted to complete a Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic.
Self-Directed 360 Review
You can also opt your learners out of 1:1 coaching. In that case, learners will complete a self-directed 360 review. Throughout the review, learners are prompted to answer questions that will be synthesized into a reflection with their key takeaways and areas of improvement.
Please note:
- For the self-directed review option, you may choose for learners in a given Facilitated Course to receive automated 360 diagnostic emails.
- If this option is selected, then all learners will be prompted to complete a Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic.
- Or, you may choose for the 360 diagnostic emails to only send to learners who start the 360 diagnostic by navigating to the 360 tab in the Impact Platform on their own.
- If this option is selected, then learners will not be prompted to complete a Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic.
Example of a self-directed review:
Learners will be asked how the feel after reviewing their results.
Learners will be asked to react on a scale to their results.
Learners will be asked to identify what feedback they will focus on and to review the weak and strong areas of the key skills.
Learners' answers throughout the self-directed review will be synthesized into key takeaways.
