Overview
As part of the Leading at the Speed of Trust (LSOT) experience, FranklinCovey recommends that you assign the Speed of Trust Leader Assessment to your learners. Please visit this article for more information on the entire LSOT experience: The Leading at the Speed of Trust Experience.
We recommend that leaders take the Speed of Trust (SOT) Leader Assessment (formally known as the Trust Quotient (tQ)) to get insights into how they and others perceive their trustworthiness. In the course and subsequent sustainment journey, leaders focus on those insights to increase trust dividends by learning to strengthen their personal credibility and demonstrate high-trust behaviors while avoiding counterfeit behaviors that create trust taxes. Through real-world experiential activities, they prepare for and practice conversations that extend, restore, and develop trust with others—key leadership skills required in today’s complex workplace to ensure a culture of high trust.

How to Launch to Leaders
As of January 25th, 2024, client admins can assign the Speed of Trust Leader Assessment via the Admin Platform. You may find this article helpful: Launching and Managing a 360 Diagnostic. Be sure to select the "Leading at the Speed of Trust" addendum.
Recommended Timing: 3-4 Weeks Before the Course
To allow sufficient time for leaders to complete their self-assessment and receive peer feedback, we recommend giving learners at least three weeks to complete the assessment before their course begins.
Frequently Asked Questions
If you have already launched the 360 Diagnostic to your learners, you cannot add on the SOT Addendum. You will need to have your learners retake the full 360 Diagnostic with the SOT Addendum included.
Yes! You can assign the Post-Learning 360 with the SOT Leader Addendum directly from the Admin Platform. Please see this article for more information about how to launch the diagnostic: Launching and Managing a 360 Diagnostic.
The Post-Learning 360 with the SOT Leader Addendum includes all of the Trust-specific skills by default. You also have the option to add other skills from the skill graph that apply to your learners.
The Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic with the SOT Leader Addendum includes two updated visualizations: the Updated Speed of Trust Leader Assessment Score and the Updated Speed of Trust Score Breakdown. The latter highlights the manager's Trust ratings specifically if there is at least one manager submission. It also highlights another group's scores, such as Direct Reports, if there are three or more submissions in a given group.
