How It Works
Anonymous & Aggregated
Scores from the learner's manager are shown, but all other ratings are reported as an average. This anonymity encourages candid feedback from reviewers and provides a more accurate picture of the learner’s strengths and weaknesses. To further preserve anonymity, learners gain access to their results only when three or more respondents complete the survey.
To safeguard the privacy of learners, performance data on the Admin Platform is aggregated. Results are displayed only after three or more learners complete a diagnostic.

The Impact Platform enables a seamless and private 360 process for learners and respondents. We automatically remind learners and respondents to fill out evaluations at the appropriate times.

Quick & Effective
To limit survey fatigue at your organization, the Updated 360 Diagnostic is sent four or more months after the original 360 Diagnostic. The survey is also much shorter. Respondents assess the learner’s progress on just 3–10 select skills.
Measure & Celebrate Progress
The learner receives an Updated 360 Diagnostic report that highlights areas of improvement and celebrates their progress. At the organizational level, Client Administrators can measure behavioral changes over time via the Admin Platform.
