We have integrated Diagnostic Management tools directly into the Admin Platform giving client admins full control over their learner diagnostic experience. Similarly to the course assignment flow, admins can assign the 360 Diagnostic to an individual(s), team(s) and/or pass(es). During the process they will have flexibility to choose an initial start date, whether to include a Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic, and select skills which learners will be re-evaluated on.

How to Assign a 360 Diagnostic:
Navigate to the ‘Library’ tab of the Admin Platform.
Scroll down to the ‘Diagnostics’ section (this section is after the Courses section).
Click ‘Assign’ on the 360 Diagnostic tile which launches the Diagnostic Management tool.
Follow the 5 steps in the Diagnostic Management launcher to assign the diagnostic to your learners.
-
-
People: Select the learner(s), pass(es) and/or team(s). We recommend assigning the diagnostic to learners who are assigned a course to evaluate specific skills they are working on.
-
Topic: If applicable, determine what skills learners are evaluated on by selecting a course you plan to assign, one that is already assigned, or just a general assessment. The platform will recommend skills for the Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic based on your choice. You can customize this later.
-
Diagnostic Info: Select the Diagnostic Start Date. This is when learners will be prompted to complete their self-diagnostic. If an addendum is available for your selected learning, you can activate it here.
-
Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic: Decide if you want your learners and their respondents to complete a shorter Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic at a later date to track and measure learner(s) progress over time. Set the date learners will receive the updated Diagnostic and select up to 10 skills for learners to focus on. We recommend 45-90 days post-learning.
Note: The Post-Learning Diagnostic will automatically be sent to the respondents that provided feedback in the original 360.
-
Confirm: Review the details and then click ‘Assign 360 Diagnostic’.
- When complete you will recieve a confirmation window.
