Can I choose a later date for my learners' 360 results to unlock?
No, the system doesn't support this feature right now.
What is the minimum and maximum number of respondents?
Learners need at least 3 respondents to view their results, we recommend requesting a minimum number of 5-10 as all requests may not be honored. There is no limit to the number of requests a learner can make.
How many questions are on the 360 diagnostic?
The number varies depending on a few conditions: if the learner is a manager or an individual contributor and if the manager version includes additional optional items related to sales and leading remote teams.
In the most common case for managers, there are 65 quantitive items and three qualitative items (two open-ended feedback questions and one qualitative personality feedback item). For individual contributors, the typical case is 39 quantitative items and two qualitative items.
Do learners' and respondents' 360 submission links ever expire?
No, they do not. Learners and respondents can fill out the 360 diagnostic at any time.
Is the 360 diagnostic customizable? Can learners take the 360 diagnostic as a self-assessment only?
No, not at this time.
