This goal of this article is to guide admins on how to launch another 360 Diagnostic for a learner who has already completed a 360 Diagnostic in the past.
How can I archive my learners' 360 results?
If you'd like to assign a fresh 360 Diagnostic to learners who have already completed one, please email allaccesscare@franklincovey.com requesting that their results be archived. After you receive confirmation that their results have been archived, you can assign the new 360 Diagnostic. For more information on how to assign a 360 Diagnostic, please read: Launching and Managing a 360 Diagnostic.
Please note: If you assign a 360 Diagnostic to a team or pass of learners that includes learner(s) who have previously completed one, the learners who have previous results will not receive emails about the newly assigned 360 Diagnostic. The only way to assign learners with existing 360 Diagnostic results a new 360 is to complete the archival process outlined above.
How can learners view their archived results?
If you choose to archive a learner's results, they will continue to have access to their previous results via https://app.franklincovey.com/results/. Below, you'll find a visual of the experience learners with archived results have when visiting the 360 Diagnostic page:
What is the recommended timeframe between 360 Diagnostics?
It is not recommended for a learner to complete a new 360 Diagnostic until at least one year has passed since they initially completed it. In the meantime, you may choose to assign a Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic, which is shorter than the initial full 360 Diagnostic.
