Communication Guides

The communication guides contain the emails learners will receive while participating in Facilitated Courses on the Impact Platform. Learners who are either participating in Facilitated Courses led by FranklinCovey Delivery Consultants or in those led by Client Facilitators will receive these emails. Calendar invite emails: Learners will automatically be sent calendar invites from the Platform for all sessions in which they're required to participate (unless the client admin opts out of sending these). Upcoming sessions will also populate at the top of the home page of the Impact Platform.	Example: Calendar Invites
Reinforcement emails: –Spaced: Between each session and after all of the sessions have concluded, learners receive emails reinforcing the content they have studied and extending their learning. Every Course has a different number of emails, given how much content they have. Learners receive these emails once a week after the final session.  –Concentrated: Starting the week after the final session, learners receive one email a week for the series duration. Series length varies by Course. In most cases, it aligns with the session's number totals. These emails include two weekly emails: an emailed Application Challenge and a Toolkit full of supplemental reading and videos meant to extend learning. Note: These emails are not customizable and cannot be used outside of a Facilitated Course. They can also not be re-sent after they've been sent to learners.
