Impact Platform Learners begin with a welcome email. The welcome email's verbiage depends on whether your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO). If desired, you may download a copy of each email template below.
Welcome Email: Client admins can opt in or out of sending the email when uploading a group of users or creating a user in a pass or team.
- The welcome email is sent if you keep the checkbox next to "Impact Platform Email" selected.

- Different versions of the email are sent depending on whether your company uses SSO, as shown below.
Welcome Email (SSO-Activated)
Learners will receive this version of the email if your organization uses SSO to authenticate users.
Welcome Email (Local Password)
Learners will receive this version of the email to set their account password on their internet browser.

Tip for Existing Learners: When learners press the "Explore Your Account" button in the welcome email, they will be taken to the "Create Account" page if they have never set a password with FranklinCovey. Learners who have previously set a password will be taken to the "Log in" page. They can click "reset password" if they can't remember it. |
