Subscribe Your Learners to the Weekly Tips Newsletter in 4 Quick Steps
There are 2 ways to subscribe your learners to the Weekly Tips Newsletter, they can be subscribed when you give them access to the Impact Platform or you can choose to subscribe them later. Your learners will begin receiving the email the Wednesday after they are subscribed.
When first adding a learner, or uploading a group of learners, you can select 'Weekly Newsletter Email' to send their learners the Weekly Tips welcome email. For full instructions on how to add users to a pass or team, please visit the Create Users on the Impact Platform Article. Please note, learners can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
If your learners have already been added to the Impact Platform, but you have not subscribed them to the Weekly Tips Newsletter, you can activate their Weekly Tips Newsletter in 4 easy steps.
1. Go to your Admin Platform Learner page and click on your pass.
2. Click on the check box next to User in the first column to select all your learners.
3. At the bottom of the screen click on Resend Welcome Email
4. In the Resend Welcome Emails pop-up window deselect "For Impact Platform" and click Resend.
