Impact Platform OnDemand Microcourse Emails

OnDemand Microcourse Emails

Email Type	Template
OnDemand Microcourse Welcome Email (Self-Enrolled) The email dynamically contains the set of resources that are in the course's syllabus.
OnDemand Microcourse Welcome Email (Assigned) The email dynamically contains the set of resources that are in the course's syllabus.

Emails Throughout the Journey: Learners receive emails with that week's lineup of learning activities to complete. The email dynamically contains the set of resources that are in the course's syllabus. If the client admin assigns a microcourse, the admin can select what day of the week they want learners to receive the reminder emails.  If the learner subscribes to a microcourse, the reminder emails go out on the same day of the week that they subscribed to the microcourse.

Note: Emails can also not be re-sent after they've been sent to learners.
