As the admin of your pass, you can change a user's role on the pass. There are four roles on your pass: learner/individual contributor, learner/manager, facilitator/HR, and client admin/HR. Depending on the credentials you want a user to have on your pass, you can change their role by following the below instructions.
Step-by-step guide
- Select ADMIN from the dropdown menu in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on USERS & PASSES & TEAMS tile
- A list of users will populate on the User Management page. Use the search bar on the right-hand side to search for the user by either first or last name.
- Next to each user on the right-hand side is a row of icons. To change the user's role, select the 'Change User Role' icon (the third icon to the right is the silhouette with a + symbol.)
- Once you click on the 'Change User Role' icon, a menu with roles will appear. Click on the menu option of the role you would like to assign the user.
| As a client admin, you are automatically granted facilitator and learner access. Therefore, it is unnecessary to change your permissions, and if you change your status, you will not be able to promote yourself back to admin status. |
