Client administrators have the ability to create a user's account on All Access Pass and Jhana at the same time by following the steps below.
Step-by-step guide
- Log in and select ADMIN in the upper right-hand side
- Click the USERS & PASSES & TEAMS tile on the Admin menu page
- Click the PASS tab
- Click + next to the pass you would like to add the user
- When your pass expands, you will see a list of options on the pass; click CREATE USER, and a pop-up window will appear on which you will enter the user's first name, last name, and email address.
- The option to send the welcome email is automatically selected; if you do not want to send the welcome email when you create the account, uncheck the box next to "Send Email Notification."
The user will receive the All Access Pass/Jhana welcome email if you keep the box next to "Send Email Notification" checked.
- You can assign the user as a facilitator by checking the box next to "Make User a Facilitator."
- To create the user's account on Jhana at the creation time, click the box next to "Add User to Jhana!"
- Click CREATE once you have filled out the user's information and determined whether they should become a facilitator and create an account on Jhana.
