Client admins can follow these instructions to review and modify their list from last year to determine who will have continued access this year.
Step-by-step guide
Download the User List and the Import Template
Our team has created a fresh renewal pass on your All Access Pass. As a result, the first step you will take will be to download a list of the users from your old pass to audit and determine who should be kept on the list and who should be removed for this year.
- Log in and select ADMIN in the upper right-hand side
- Select the USERS & PASSES & TEAMS tile
- Select the PASS tab.
- Select "+" next to the pass
- Select "Download Pass User List"
- Once you click the "Download Pass User List" link, an Excel (.xlsx) file will download to your device.
Download User Import Template
- On the same page (Pass Management Page), click the "+" symbol next to your pass.
- Select UPLOAD USERS
- Click the "User Import Template" link to download the template to your device.
Review the User List and Fill Out the Import Template
Once you have downloaded the list of pass users, review the list and determine who you would like access to this year.
- Remove any users from the list who will not have access this year.
- Copy and paste columns A through D into the User Import Template
- Delete all cells in the "User Role" column with "Learner" so the field is blank
- Delete the space between "Individual Contributor" in the "User Role" column
- OPTIONAL: Add new users to the User Import Template at this time
- Save the file as an .XLS file.
- Open your new pass, select UPLOAD USERS and select the file you created.
Upload Users to Pass
Now that you have determined who should have access for this year and are done filling out the User Upload Template, upload your completed list to the pass.
- First, log in and select ADMIN in the upper right-hand side
- Select the USERS & PASSES & TEAMS tile.
- Click the PASS tab.
- Select "+" next to the pass.
- Select UPLOAD USERS
- Click "Choose File" and select your import file on your device.
- When you choose the correct file, it will appear in the bottom left-hand corner of the window.
- The All Access Pass system will scan your file and display the first 10 rows of data to allow you to verify that the file is valid. When you're ready to start importing, click "Continue."
- The system will ask you if you would like to send the welcome email to participants when you upload the users. The box next to "Send Emails?" will automatically be checked to send the email at the upload time.If you would like not to send the welcome email at this time, deselect the box next to "Send Emails?". (You can send the welcome email later using the "Send Email" function.)
- Finally, the window will appear with a message confirming your import is processing, and an email will be sent to you from FranklinCoveyLearning@FranklinCovey.com confirming the upload is complete.
