Client administrators can upload users to Jhana on the All Access Pass Portal. To upload your users in bulk, follow the below instructions on how to fill out the "User Import Template."
Please contact All Access Care before beginning the upload process if you would like a Jhana-only template sent to users at the time of upload. Please note: All Access Care can only activate the Jhana-only welcome email template on a company-wide basis.
Step-by-step guide
- Log in and select ADMIN in the right-hand corner
- Select the USERS & PASSES & TEAMS tile.
- Next, click the PASS tab.
- On the Pass Management page, select the "+" next to the pass.
- Select UPLOAD USERS
- A pop-up window will appear with the "User Import Template" after clicking UPLOAD USERS. Click on the link to download the template and refer to the key below to fill out the template for access to Jhana.
- Open the template, and you will see each column header is accompanied by a red triangle in the upper right-hand corner.
- Hover over the red triangle in each column to read instructions on what information should be included in the columns.

- Once you have filled out the template for Jhana Access, click "Choose File" and select your import file.
- When you choose the correct file, it will appear in the bottom left-hand corner of the window.
- The All Access Pass system will scan your file and display the first ten rows of data to allow you to verify that the file is valid. When you're ready to start importing, click "Continue."

Do not keep the "Send Emails" option checked at this time unless you want a combined All Access Pass and Jhana email template sent to your users. If you want a self-service option for users to log in to Jhana only and sign up for the weekly newsletter, uncheck the "Send Email" option. Then send the Jhana Only Log In Instructions Template, which has information for users to set a Jhana password and sign up for the weekly newsletter. If you have SSO, the login instructions will not be the same as the email template. If you want to discuss a custom solution for your users, please contact All Access Care. |
- The system will ask if you would like to send the welcome email to participants when you upload the users. The box next to "Send Emails?" will automatically be checked to send the email at the upload time. If you would like not to send the welcome email at this time, deselect the box next to "Send Emails?". (You can send the welcome email later using the "Send Email" function.)
- Finally, the window will appear with a message confirming your import is processing, and an email will be sent to you from franklincoveylearning@allaccesspass.com to your email confirming the upload is complete.
