FAQs
What if a learner is on multiple passes?
If a learner is on multiple passes and at least one of them is currently active (the pass end date has not passed), they can access the Impact Platform.
Can a learner still complete 360 feedback for someone else if they're on an expired pass?
A learner whose pass has expired can complete a 360 request for feedback as a peer respondent (same expectation as an invited respondent who is not a platform user). They cannot start their own 360 if they have not already done so.
Will learners still receive emails from the Impact Platform if they're on an expired pass?
They will not receive any emails aside from emails asking them to submit feedback as a respondent their peers select them.
Will learners be warned that their pass(es) is expiring?
Currently, they will not be notified.
How long do learners have access to their 360 results on an expired pass?
Currently, there's no cut-off date for 360 Diagnostic access.
If a learner's 360 results are not unlocked but meet the criteria for them to unlock after their pass expires, will they be able to access their results?
Yes, they will.
Can learners still subscribe to Microcourses from their 360 results?
No, learners receive a message when they click on the "+" that says they can't subscribe to that skill.
If learners were supposed to do an updated 360 in the future, would they still get prompted to?
No, learners on expired passes won't receive any emails from Impact Platform, which includes the updated 360. If their pass expires before they've completed the 360, learners lose the opportunity to take it.
