- Admins can upload users, reassign users from other passes, and create individual users for both passes and teams. You can download the upload template by selecting the "Upload Users" option from the "Add Users" drop-down menu.
- If you are upgrading from the All Access Pass Portal, all existing passes, teams, and users will be included in the upgrade.
- Admins can also send or resend learners a welcome email. This is highly recommended, especially for existing users, because they will access the Impact Platform from a new URL: https://app.franklincovey.com.
- It's a great idea to create Teams of learners using the "+Add Team" button. Teams make it easy to assign OnDemand Courses and Microcourses to groups of learners with just a few easy clicks.
