Client admins can follow the instructions below to deactivate an Impact Platform Learner's account if they have left the organization, turning off their access to content on the site.
Step-by-step guide
- First, log in to your Admin Platform account.
- Select LEARNERS in the upper right-hand corner
- Select the pass to which the learner is assigned
- Find the learner by scrolling through the list or searching for their name in the search bar.
- Press the blue radio button in the "Activation" column to toggle it grey and deactivate the learner's account.
| Info: Once deactivated, the learner can no longer access content on the Impact Platform and will no longer get FranklinCovey-related emails. |
