January 2023
1. Enhanced Microlearning Activity Tracking
Two new charts have been added to the Client Dashboard: Skills with the Most Engagement and Learning Activities with the Most Engagement. You can track live microlearning engagement for your entire organization on the Client Dashboard.
Learn more about the Client Dashboard here.
2. Additional Resource Tabs Available for OnDemand Courses
New tabs in the OnDemand Course pages include Extend Your Learning, Summaries, Tools and Cards, and Key Insights. All your learning for FranklinCovey courses is accessible in one place.
3. New Microcourses!
Five new highly requested Microcourses have been added this month to enhance your on-the-go learning strategy further.
- Belonging: Engage your team to define inclusive behaviors, then put them into action.
- Accountability: Set clear standards and hold yourself and others to them.
- Achieving Team Goals: Guide and motivate your team to meet key goals.
- Extending Trust: Feel confident trusting others to meet their commitments.
- Proactivity: Take more initiative to act intentionally rather than reactively.
4. Administrators can determine which email(s) they send to new learners
When adding a new learner to a team or pass, you can indicate if you want to send an Impact Platform Welcome Email, the Weekly Newsletter, or both emails. For more details on the specific email content, please click here.
Helpful Hint: We recommend sending both emails to your learners.
5. Shortened Post-FranklinCovey Facilitated Course Survey
The post-program survey has been updated to exclude content-specific questions. It is also half the length of the previous version of the survey, so higher response rates are anticipated.
6. Learners can now quickly find help articles by accessing the Help Center directly from the Impact Platform
7. Additional email added for concentrated Facilitated Courses
This email reminds your learners to fill out their application challenge and informs them about the upcoming post-course email series.
More information on Learner Email Communications here.
8. Updates to editing multiple learners' 360 Access from a Pass or Team
You now have the flexibility to edit learner 360 access in one place. Enhancements include:
- Learner count is now grouped by 360 access type.
- When 360 access is set to hidden or optional, a dropdown appears for you to update the access type for all learners in the given 360 type.
- When a learner's access is set to 'encouraged,' the dropdown does not appear since it cannot be changed.
Current Issues to Be Aware Of
