1. Robust Search – learners can find content quickly & easily
Learners can easily find relevant OnDemand courses, Microcourses, microlearning articles, and videos by searching for a keyword or a specific piece of content. More information here.
2. Custom OnDemand Courses
We've made it easy to customize existing OnDemand Courses and Microcourses! Client Admins can add, reorder, remove learning activities, embed external links in the syllabus, and adjust the course length. Admins can also give their customized course a new title and save it so they can assign the custom course to additional teams and passes. For more details on how to create a custom course, click here.
Custom Course Titles:
Admins can give their customized OnDemand course or Microcourse a new title and save the customized course for reassigning later to additional teams and cohorts.
Add, Reorder, and Remove Learning Activities
Add, reorder, or remove learning activities from the Custom OnDemand Course syllabus with a click. Learning activities include; On Demand Modules, Exercises, and Microlearning Articles (previously Jhana articles).
Add External Links:
Client Admins can add any external URL directly to the course syllabus.
Customize the Course Duration:
Client Admins can adjust the course duration by increasing or decreasing its length by any number of weeks.
Course Reminder Emails:
Learners will receive a course welcome email on the designated start date. Admins now have more granular control over the email reminder cadence: none, weekly, or bi-weekly emails. Admins can also choose a specific day when emails are sent.
3. Enhanced Reporting Dashboard
The updated Client Dashboard provides a dynamic reporting dashboard and downloadable Learner Activity report. Client Admins can use the dashboard to see real-time data within their organization and drill down into specific pass or team data. The downloadable Learner Activity report is comprehensive and will display all available learning activity data. For more details on the Client Dashboard, click here. Learner Activity Report: The downloadable report provides comprehensive data about your learners' activity.
Client Dashboard Changes:
We've improved the Dashboard Reporting experience by removing and consolidating some charts. If you're looking for specific charts that were previously available, please note the changes we've made below.
Charts Removed:
-
-
Activities Complete
-
Learning Activity Enrollment and Completion
-
We've replaced the removed data with detailed charts on the updated organization dashboard. Instead of aggregating all learning activities into a single chart, we've broken down OnDemand Courses and Microcourses to offer more comprehensive information and eliminate redundancies.
Charts Removed:
-
-
Average Learner NPS by Month
-
Facilitated Course Enrollment
-
We removed this data from the organization view of the dashboard because the monthly metric didn't match up with the timing of most cohorts. However, if the information is relevant to your cohorts, you can find it in detail on the cohort page.
