1. Platform Facilitation
Platform Facilitation is now live for all FranklinCovey clients who have upgraded to the Impact Platform. Client Admins can use the new Facilitated Course Launcher to schedule and launch internally facilitated FranklinCovey courses in minutes – automating emails, invites, reinforcement emails, and surveys. Facilitator(s) can access to the facilitation hub organizing all materials, training and data in one place. Learners can access everything they need directly from their homepage; a playlist with session information, their Application Challenge, and resources to extend their learning.

2. 360 Diagnostic Enhancements and Improvements
360 Diagnostic with Speed of Trust Leader Addendum
FranklinCovey launched a new version of the 360 Diagnostic that includes a Speed of Trust Leader Addendum. This is intended to be completed as part of the Leading at the Speed of Trust: 4.0 course.

Leading at the Speed of Trust Team Assessment
This team assessment, launched in mid-November, is a diagnostic for teams participating in the optional 4th module of Leading and/or Working at the Speed of Trust, Be a High-Trust Team. It is for intact teams who complete the first 3 modules.

360 Diagnostic Skill Graph Update
Shorter: The Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic (formerly known as the "Updated 360") is more efficient to complete. The Individual Contributor Diagnostic version is now 35 questions vs. 39 and the Manager Diagnostic is 47 questions vs. 55.
Better psychometrics: Edits to questions with ceiling effects or minimal variance and removal of questions/skills that are statistically redundant.
No changes to Categories or Capabilities, minor change to skills:
Added Listening in Collaboration, Individual Effectiveness in the Leader graph. Removed Strategic Focus in the Leader graph and added a question associated with it to Strategic Thinking.
General Improvements to the 360 Diagnostic
FranklinCovey launched the following improvements to the 360 Diagnostic for all learners:
- Never → Always Scale
- The 360 Diagnostic will use a Never → Always scale, instead of a Novice → Expert scale. Respondents reported that the Novice → Expert scale was confusing because it is unattainable to become an “Expert” across all skills.

- New Table View
- A new table view of 360 data will be available. Learners will be able to easily see and print their 360 results, including broken out respondent category scores (for managers and any groups with 3+ submissions).

- Improved Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic (formerly known as "Updated 360") Experience
- For FranklinCovey Facilitated Courses, the learner 360 workflow has also been improved to more clearly communicate how to complete the Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic and the results report has been redesigned to show more in-depth data on individual skills.
- The “Most Improved Scores” new section highlights the few skills that they improved on the most since taking the initial 360. The “Average Skill Improvement” new section celebrates a learner's average improvement across their skills.

The following improvements will be incorporated into any Diagnostics launched December 2023 and onwards:
- Filter 360 Feedback by Manager
- Learners will be able to filter by Manager feedback, even if they've only received one submission with a “manager” role type. This was highly requested by learners, since it is very uncommon for learners to have 3+ managers. Managers will be notified that their 360 feedback is not anonymous.

In order to better align our Skill Microcourses with our Skill Graph and 360 the following improvements have been made to the explore page:
Managers
- Receiving Feedback has been renamed Growth Mindset
- Strategic Focus has been changed the Strategic Thinking
- Developing Your Team and Retaining You Team have been combined in Developing & Retaining Talent
- Trust has been renamed to Earning Trust
- Recieving Feedback is not Building Trusting Relationships
- Work-Life Boundaries has been added
- Team Goals and Individual Goals have been changed to Setting Team Goals and Achieving Team Goals
- Addressing Unconscious Bias is now split into Identifying Bias and Reducing Bias
Individual Contributors
- Receiving Feedback has been renamed Growth Mindset
- Building Relationships is now Building Trusting Relationships
- Individual goals is now Setting Goals and Achieving Goals
- Addressing Unconscious Bias is now split into Identifying Bias and Reducing Bias
- Emotional Intelligence, Work-Life Boundaries, and Earning Trust have been added
Beta Testing
Diagnostic Management Tools
Later in December, FranklinCovey will beta test the new Diagnostic Management tools with clients – they will not be available to all clients. If you are interested in participating in any of these beta opportunities, you can contact your Client Partner or Implementation Strategist, or sign up here.
Seamless Administration:
The new Diagnostic Management Tools make it even easier and flexible for Admins to manage and deploy Diagnostics. Client Admins will be able to launch and assign the 360 Diagnostic to passes, teams, and individual learners. Admins will also be able to view 360 Diagnostic results in the Client Dashboard.
Flexible Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic (formerly known as the "Updated 360"):
When using the new Diagnostic Management Tool, Admins will have the option to deploy the Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic and select any skills that they'd like to re-assess. They will be able to select the date that they'd like learners to start the Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic. Previously, the Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic was only incorporated into the FranklinCovey Facilitated Course experience.
