The new Client Facilitation features are integrated directly into the Admin Library. When you log in to the Admin Platform, you will see that there is a new type of content called Platform Facilitated Course. Follow the steps below to launch a Platform Facilitated Course to your learners:

Browse the library: select Platform Facilitated Course on the left-hand side of the Admin Platform library to view all available courses for Platform Facilitation.
- Select a Course: choose one of the courses you're interested in and click the course title to open the course page.
- View Platform Facilitated Course Overview: now that you’ve opened one of the courses, click the ‘Platform Facilitation’ tab. On the Platform Facilitation tab, you can view how the facilitated course is segmented for a spaced or concentrated session. You can also view all the facilitator materials for the course.

Customize your Platform Facilitated Course: Click ‘Schedule Facilitated Course’ to launch the facilitated course scheduler:
- Name the course and determine the cadence: select a spaced or concentrated experience for your learners.
- Select a facilitator(s) and participants: all users in your Admin Platform that have the role ‘facilitator’ or ‘client admin’ will be available.
- Add session information: customize session start date, start time, and session location (online or in person). Provide scheduling information to populate the session list and then you can make changes to individual sessions.

Email and calendar settings: decide when you would like participants to receive email and calendar invites. Then, click ‘save and continue to review’.
- Visit Impact Platform Facilitated Courses Emails to view the emails that will be sent throughout the course.
- Review & Launch: review your facilitated course information to make sure everything is correct. When you press launch, all events will be sent and emails will be turned on, so you cannot undo this action.
