FAQs
Who can facilitate a Facilitated Course delivered on the Impact Platform?
Facilitated Courses delivered on the Impact Platform can only be led by FranklinCovey Delivery Consultants. In the future, clients will also be able to facilitate on the Impact Platform.
What is a "spaced" versus "concentrated" Facilitated Course?

Spaced Facilitated Course: Depending on which course is being facilitated, a spaced delivery will include 3-6 live sessions of 90 minutes across multiple weeks. You may choose between sessions hosted once per week or once every two weeks.
- Note: Spaced sessions for the 6 Critical Practices are 120 minutes instead of 90 minutes. See here for the timing by course.
- The dates of individual sessions can be changed to accommodate internal and external schedules (even if it impacts the 1 or 2-week spacing between sessions).
- Remember that reinforcement emails are sent one day after a session and that schedule cannot be changed. Try to avoid long gaps between sessions when possible because learners will not be nudged to continue learning until their next session.
- Concentrated Facilitated Course: Depending on which course is being facilitated, a concentrated delivery will include 1-2 days of live sessions.

Can I adjust the number of sessions or the length of sessions for Facilitated Courses?
Session count and length for Facilitated Courses delivered on the Impact Platform cannot be changed. However, the timing between sessions can be updated.
Can I customize the reinforcement email experience?
The Facilitated Course reinforcement emails are not customizable and cannot be used outside of a FranklinCovey Facilitated Course. It is not currently possible to adjust the course timing either. The reinforcement emails play an important role in behavior change, so they are a required part of the experience.
Why is there a 25-learner cap for Facilitated Courses delivered on the Impact Platform?
The 25-learner cap is designed to optimize the learner experience. It is recommended that you stay within that count when assigning a course. Still, you can discuss exceptions with your FranklinCovey team.
