SSO technical experts can enable SAML single sign-on for the FranklinCovey site to allow users to access learning conveniently with their company credentials. Follow the instructions below to configure your metadata on the SSO Management page on your Admin Platform site to enable SAML single sign-on.
Please note that the FranklinCovey app must be created on your identity provider and users assigned to the security group before enabling SAML single sign-on on the Impact Platform.
1. Watch the short tutorial video guiding you on how to enter your metadata on the SSO Management page.
2. Sign in to the Admin Platform
3. Select SSO in the Profile Menu in the upper right-hand corner
4. Enter your metadata in the SSO Management section
- Entity ID
- SSO Login URL
- X.509 Certificate
5. Configure Attribute Mapping by entering the Email Address, First Name, and Last Name attributes precisely as they are set up in your IdP (e.g., email, firstname, lastname).
| TIP: Remove any spaces between the names in the attribute fields to configure the attributes properly. |
6. Select the Activate SAML-based SSO checkbox to turn on SSO.
7. Select the Save Changes button to save the settings.
8. Email the All Access Care team to notify us that SSO is enabled for your account records.
