What is New in the Download Center?
We've given the Self Serve Download Center a transformation, for Client Admins to search, download, and recreating FranklinCovey Content in your LMS/LXP
Version 2 is packed with exciting features that cater to organizations using Direct Links or SCORM files.
New Content Types: We have increased the number of content pieces from 300 ->1700 with the addition of Microlearning articles and videos.
Enhanced Metadata: Metadata includes additional data field and most requested Custom Thumbnails that will distinguish the content pieces and catch the learner's eye
Course Overview File: Client Admins, have all the data needed in our new course overview file to rebuild Courses and Microcouses in their LMS/LXP with ease.
Supercharged Filtering: We have enhanced the filtering options available to Client Admins. Whether it's open search, filtering by On Demand Courses, Microcourses, content type, inclusive/exclusive language filters, and skill-based search; finding content for your learners will be more accessible.
Direct Links
ATTENTION UPGRADING CLIENTS: Generic Direct Links from your LMS/LXP will still function. However, SSO learners accessing generic links may need to input an email address. Enhanced Self-Serve Download Center links include company IDs, triggering SSO login when clicked. Upgrading clients with Direct Links are encouraged to download new links and contact allaccesscare@franklincovey.com for guidance on a smooth transition.
Through the self-serve download center, you can configure and download the content library file containing the metadata and direct links for seamless integration into your LMS or LXP. This enables direct access to all content on the Impact Platform with the flexibility to organize it according to your specific program needs. A direct link integration also enables your learners to take advantage of all the features and functionality of the platform, while still maintaining a centralized access point for learning in your LMS or LXP.
