Overview
Facilitated Courses conducted via the Impact Platform include live, facilitated sessions. Learners utilize the Impact Platform to access materials and apply their learning. These can be led by FranklinCovey Delivery Consultants or Client Facilitators.
A Facilitated Course delivered on the Impact Platform includes five steps when you participate:

If your organization has assigned the 360 Diagnostic alongside your Facilitated Course participation, then you will receive emails prompting you to start. Please see this series of articles for more information: FranklinCovey 360 Diagnostic
How can I enroll in a Facilitated Course?
You may only be enrolled in a Facilitated Course by your client admin.
How do I access a Facilitated Course?
You will find any Facilitated Courses that you've been enrolled in via the lefthand navigation bar.
What differentiates a Facilitated Course experience from an OnDemand Course?
Aside from the live sessions, there is a unique component to the Facilitated Course experience: Post-Session and Post-Course Reinforcement Emails: Each learning experience includes a series of reinforcement emails. The duration of each varies by course.
What materials do you need for your live sessions?
Prior to your first session, please download the materials you will use throughout the course. You may do so by visiting the Impact Platform and navigating to the course via the left navigation bar. Please press the toggle next to the first session and download any materials listed on the "Session" tab.
Can I receive a certificate for my course completion?
Our Product Team is working on developing a shareable certificate for course completion. Stay tuned!
