Personalizing Your Experience

Impact Platform Learners can follow this how-to guide to personalize their FranklinCovey learning experience. Learners will then get individual learning items based on their professional goals, interests, and challenges.

The moment you log in as a new learner, you are greeted with three simple questions to begin your personalized FranklinCovey learning experience. It’s as easy as 1-2-3! Please watch the video below to to view the experience and explore below for more details and tips.

The experience consists of a series of questions that allow the Platform to recommend learning:

1. What's your main professional development goal right now? 

2. What are your top challenges or interests?

3. Which two skills do you want to improve?

 The Impact Platform will recommend Microcourses for you based on the answers to your questions!

You will be taken to the homepage and can access any subscribed Microcourses using the left-hand navigation bar after you answer the questions.

Tip: If you've already logged into the Impact Platform, you can still initiate this experience via the "Your Tasks" section on the homepage:

Tip: If you did not finish filling out the onboarding diagnostic or if you would like to edit your responses and receive new learning recommendations, you may complete these steps:

1. Visiting Profile & Settings in the lefthand navigation bar
2. Selecting "My Learning Goals" from the drop down menu
3. Pressing "Edit Goals"
