Navigating the Client Dashboard
As a client, you can access the Client Dashboard to view key metrics across your business in one simple and intuitive location. The Client Dashboard contains data about how learners are accessing and engaging with the Impact Platform and FranklinCovey's content.

- The Entire Organization page shows metrics across a client's entire organization. Metrics include an Executive Summary are categorized by Engagement, Enjoyment, Efficacy, and Learning Opportunities.
- The Team View page shows metrics across a client's team. Admins can select a specific team and view metrics categorized by Engagement and Learning Opportunities.
- The Pass View page shows metrics across a client's pass. Admins can select one of their passes and view metrics categorized by Engagement and Learning Opportunities.
- The Facilitated Impact Journey Cohort page shows metrics that apply to specific cohorts, including charts on engagement, learning opportunities, and a full roster view.
