Downloading the Learner Activity Report

Client Admins can access comprehensive data about your learners from the Learner Activity Report. To learn how to access and download the Learner Activity Report, follow the steps below: 

1. Navigate to your Client Dashboard by visiting, https://app.franklincovey.com/clientdashboard.
2. On the right-hand side of the screen, click 'Download Learner Activity'. You will then see a popup in the upper right-hand corner of your screen saying, "Report Generation is in progress. You will receive an email when it's ready".  
3. Navigate to your email. You will receive an email letting you download the report. 
4. Click the blue 'download' button to receive your downloaded Learner Activity Report.
