All Access Pass Portal Admins can assign links to external websites by following the steps below.
Step-by-step guide
- Select DUE DATES from the dropdown menu in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the dropdown arrow next to CURRENTLY MANAGING, and select the correct team or pass that you want to assign due dates.
- Click on the + ADD EXTERNAL ASSIGNMENT link at the bottom of the page.
- Fill out the "New External Assignment" form on the window that appears, including copy-and-pasting the link to the external assignment in the ASSIGNMENT field.
- Click on SAVE CHANGES once you have completed the form.
- The external assignment will appear highlighted in blue in your list of assignments.
| You can add an external assignment without a due date or note by only filling out the required "Title" and "Assignment" fields on the form. |
