As an All Access Pass Portal Admin, you can notify your users with a system-generated email of their assigned content 7 days before the due date.
Step-by-step guide
- Select DUE DATES from the dropdown menu in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the dropdown arrow next to CURRENTLY MANAGING, and select the correct team or pass that you want to assign due dates.
- Click on the radio button next to SCHEDULED REMINDERS on the bottom left-hand corner of the page.
- Once selected, the radio button next to SCHEDULED REMINDERS will turn green, signifying that reminders will be sent 7 days before the due date.
