Client Administrators can set due dates, send automated assignment reminders, and create assignments to external websites by following the instructions below.
Step-by-step guide
- Select DUE DATES from the dropdown menu in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the dropdown arrow next to CURRENTLY MANAGING, and select the correct team or pass that you want to assign due dates.
- Reorder the assignments to display by your preference by hovering over the list of assignments, then use the move pointer cursor to drag and drop the content in the favored order in the list. The list will turn grey when you drop the assignment in its place, confirming the change is saved.
- Click on the calendar icon to the right of the assignment.
- Choose the due date you would like to set by clicking on the desired date on the calendar.
- Users will now see the ordered list of assigned learning with the due date in the "Learning Assigned to You" section of All Access Pass.
