Admins can click on the video image below to watch a brief tutorial on using the Admin Platform to perform admin functions.

• The Admin Platform is the administrator and facilitator hub that supports the Impact Platform.
• The Admin Platform has a specific URL to your organization and differs from the learner-facing Impact Platform address (app.franklincovey.com).
• You can easily switch from the Admin Platform to the Impact Platform by selecting your Profile in the upper right-hand side, then clicking Switch to Learner View.
• The Admin Platform is organized by tabs containing our entire content library, pass and user information, OnDemand course assignments, and reporting. 
• Note: FranklinCovey Facilitated Courses cannot be managed from the Admin Platform at this time. However, you can access your cohort details from the Facilitated Course Dashboard link in the Reporting tab.
