- The Admin Platform is the administrator and facilitator hub that supports the Impact Platform (Impact Platform = Learner-facing platform).
- The Admin Platform has a URL different from the Impact Platform and specific to each client.
- There is a "Switch to learner view" link in the Profile menu (upper right corner) that allows admins and facilitators to move easily to the Impact Platform (https://app.franklincovey.com).
- The Admin Platform contains sections or tabs with our entire content library, pass and user information, OnDemand course assignments, and reporting.
- Note: FranklinCovey Facilitated Impact Journeys cannot be managed from the Admin Platform at this time. However, you can access your cohort details from the Facilitated Impact Journey Dashboard link in the Reporting tab.

- Admins can upload users, reassign users from other passes, and create individual users for both passes and teams. You can download the upload template by selecting the "Upload users" option from the "Add Users" drop-down menu.
- If you are upgrading from the All Access Pass Portal, the upgrade will include all existing passes, teams, and users.
- Admins can send or resend learners a welcome email. We highly recommend doing so, especially for existing users, because they will access the Impact Platform from a new URL: https://app.franklincovey.com.
- It's a great idea to create Teams of learners using the "+Add Team" button. Teams make it easy to assign OnDemand Impact Journeys and Micorcourses to groups of learners with just a few easy clicks.

- Admins can assign OnDemand Impact Journeys and Microcourses to passes and teams using the "Assign" button in the Library. We plan to add the ability to assign to individual learners in the future.
- All passes and teams will appear in the "Assignee" drop-down menu. Selecting a pass automatically includes all teams on that pass in the assignment.
- Impact Journeys and Microcourses have been carefully designed to space learner engagement over time. Selecting a start date will automatically populate due dates across all weeks of the Impact Journey. Admins can edit these dates if needed.
- Email reminders are strongly encouraged (but optional) and will automatically send the assignees a weekly reminder with a list of their upcoming due dates. Admins can select the day of the week they would like their learners to receive the reminder email.
- Assignments can be edited if needed after they've been created.
- Learners who are added to Teams/Passes after an assignment has been created will be included in the assignment, even if they missed some of the initial due dates.

- All solution content, participant materials, and facilitator resources are available to Admins and Facilitators in the Admin Platform. These materials can be downloaded from the Facilitation and Materials tabs of the Impact Journey page.
- You can easily copy deep links to share On-Demand Modules and Exercises with learners by clicking the icon next to the On-Demand Module or Exercise title in the "Materials" tab.
- Not all solutions currently have a spaced, assignable OnDemand Impact Journey available on the Impact Platform. However, ALL your pass content, including the additional courses, is available on the Admin Platform & Impact Platform.
- Learners can access these additional FranklinCovey courses that are not spaced out over time or are assignable by scrolling past all the OnDemand courses.
