Client admins can refer to the table with links below to review the system-generated welcome emails sent from All Access Pass and Jhana. The system-generated All Access Pass emails are sent from the address franklincoveylearning@allaccesspass.com.

What different email “options” for Jhana users will be available? 1. If Jhana is enabled on the upload template but the box to send emails is NOT checked, no emails will be sent; this includes the Jhana weekly newsletter. 2. If Jhana is enabled on the upload template and the box to send emails is checked, the user will receive one email containing information to access both sites. 3. If Jhana is NOT enabled on the upload template and the box to send emails is NOT checked, no emails will be sent. 4. If Jhana is NOT enabled on the upload template and the box to send emails IS checked, an All Access Pass-only email will be sent. |
