Client admins can follow the instructions below to generate and share a link with their learners to a specific course or content
Step-by-step guide
- Log in and select ADMIN in the upper right-hand menu.
- Select ADMIN LIBRARY on the Admin page.
- Select the carrot arrow next to "Please make a Selection" to reveal the dropdown menu of passes and teams.
- Select the checkbox next to the pass or team that you would like to generate the link.
- Confirm your choice by selecting the CONFIRM button.
- Find the course or content item you would like to generate the link and click the SHARE icon on the item's tile.
- The "Ready to Share" confirmation message will appear. Select FINISH to acknowledge the message, and the link will be on your clipboard and ready to be pasted into a message to learners.
