The All Access Pass Admin Library page allows you to control content visibility on a pass or team basis. You can also assign content to users on this page. To assign or un-assign content to your users, follow the instructions below.
- First, log in and select ADMIN in the upper right-hand side
- On the Admin Menu page, select the “Admin Library” tile
- Select the “Currently Managing” dropdown menu to choose the pass or team for which you would like to assign content
- Next, click on the selection checkbox next to the content you would like to assign. You can check the box next to multiple content tiles at a time to assign or hide multiple items.
- Now that you’ve selected the content, select the box next to either the “+” symbol to assign or the box next to the “–“ symbol to unassign.
- Once you have selected the content, select “Apply” to apply changes.
| The selected content will now be assigned to every user in the pass or team you chose and will appear in the “Assigned” section on the homepage. |
