Summer is the perfect time to encourage your teams to embark on a journey of personal growth and self-improvement. Increase your adoption and activate your learners!

This is just the first in a series of quarterly challenges we will be providing for you to deploy with your learners. Don’t have time? Click here to opt-in and have us send challenges directly to your learners each quarter! If you opt-in, we will launch your challenge on August 15th.

For this challenge, we will leverage the FranklinCovey Personalization tool to activate your learners and get them started on a microcourse of their choosing.

The personalization tool will ask them to consider the following questions:

• What is your main professional goal right now?
• Are there certain skills you want to focus on?
• Do you want to be a better leader?
• Do you have a specific challenge at work?
