1. Navigating Difficult Conversations: Turn Tension Into Progress™

Launched February 20, 2024!

Exciting news—the new Navigating Difficult Conversations: Turn Tension Into Progress course launched on Tuesday, February 20^th! This course takes a targeted approach to helping learners manage emotional tension and conduct conversations in a way that enables all parties to stay engaged in collaborative dialogue. Learners will shift their mindset from fearing and avoiding difficult conversations to seeing them as the way to make progress on important issues—all while building trust and respect in every relationship.

Navigating Difficult Conversations: Turn Tension Into Progress is available Live In-Person, Live-Online, and On Demand in all passes. Learners will either experience the course as a Facilitated Course or a Microcourse – the latter can be located from the Explore page.

2. Courses Display By Language

We are delighted to share an enhancement that will allow additional localized courses to take center stage in the Featured Courses section of the Explore Tab. Recognizing the critical need for accessing Featured Courses content in multiple languages, this update addresses the challenges identified during the Global Launch when only six key courses were translated into all languages. Now, with the introduction of the Course by Language feature, learners can effortlessly explore a comprehensive array of courses tailored to their preferred language, enhancing the overall Impact Platform experience.
