Viewing Completed Learning

This article will help you locate your completed learning if you are on an active pass on the Impact Platform. 

How to View Completed Courses

If you've completed a Facilitated Course, OnDemand Course, and/or a Microcourse on the Impact Platform, then you can view your completed course(s) in the left navigation bar.

1. Visit https://app.franklincovey.com. You will see a dropdown for each of the different courses if you are enrolled in that type of course.

2. Toggle one of the drop downs. You will see a "Completed" button if you have completed any courses within that course type.

3. Click on the course and you will see your completed syllabus including your completed learning resources!

How to View Individual Completed Resources

If you've completed any individual learning resources associated with any courses that you are enrolled in, then you will find a list of the completed resources underneath "Your Tasks" on your homepage.

1. Visit https://app.franklincovey.com.
2. Press "Show All Tasks" in the upper right corner of the "Your Tasks" section.
3. View all of the individual resources that you've completed that are associated with a course you're enrolled in. 

There is interest in another 'view' that allows you to view all of your completed learning in one place, so the FranklinCovey Product Team is considering this feature request for the future. 

How to View Historical All Access Pass Resources

The best way for you to view your historical All Access Pass completions is for your client admin to pull the completions report from the Admin Platform and share your completions with you.
