Client admins can follow the below steps to coordinate with their Client Engagement Coordinator (CEC) to set up an assessment on the OAS (Online Assessment System) for a cohort of learners, including the timeline of when email notifications for the assessment should be sent to participants.
- Contact your CEC to request the creation of an assessment for a cohort at your organization. Typically, the CEC is the person you've been in contact with for contracting your All Access Pass. If you aren't sure who your CEC is, please contact your client partner.
- When requesting the creation of an assessment, your CEC will need the following information:
- Date of workshop
- Number of participants in the workshop
- Once your CEC has the required information to set up the assessment, they will supply you with the following information four weeks before the workshop date:
- Your admin credentials to the OAS
- Registration code for the assessment
- Email invitation template for participants with the information they will need to complete their assessment
- Your CEC will provide you with the above items, at which time you can email the invitation to complete the Benchmark Assessment to the participants. (This email will include the name of the workshop, the registration code, and when participants should complete the assessment.)
- As a client admin, you can log in to the OAS to check on the registration status of assessment participants with the credentials provided by your CEC. Resend the assessment registration email to unregistered participants three days after sending the initial invitation.
- Send an email reminder to participants 2 weeks before the workshop.
- One day before the workshop, remind Participants to bring printed reports
- Six weeks post-workshop, your CEC will send a notification that you will forward to assessment participants as a reminder to start the Comparative Assessment.
