You should receive a unique registration code to sign up for an assessment in an email. The following instructions outline how to use the registration code to sign up and access the assessment.
Step-by-step guide
- Once you log in to the Online Assessment Site, you will need to locate the registration code sent to you via email. The code will be a series of random letters and numbers, usually beginning with ‘HAS’.
- When you locate the code, use the copy/paste function on your computer to enter the code to avoid making mistakes typing in the code manually; copy-and-paste the registration code for the workshop into the ‘Register for Workshop’ section.
If you encounter an error stating that you have already registered or the registration code is invalid, check the following to ensure the code is entered correctly.
-Check the right side of the screen for a listing of the assessment and date of the workshop you are taking (this could indicate you are already registered).
-If you are typing in the code, please use the copy/paste function on your computer or double-check the code to be sure you are entering it correctly. Keep in mind that some digits are similar; for example, the capital letter ‘O’ and the number zero ‘0’
-If you are using the copy/paste function, please check to make sure no ‘spaces’ (as in the spacebar on your keyboard) are being pasted at the beginning or end of the code. You may need to ‘paste’ the code, then check for spaces and delete them as needed
-
Once you have successfully registered, look for the assessment list on the right side of the page and click on the ‘Get Started’ link for your workshop. Then follow the instructions on the subsequent workshop page.
| If you encounter an error stating the workshop is full, please contact the person who sent you the registration email as the participant count may need to be modified. |
