Password Requirements

Remember, when choosing a password, it must have at least eight characters, one digit, one lower case letter, one upper case letter, and one non-alphanumeric character (such as *, -, or #).

How do I log in to the Impact Platform?

• Visit https://app.franklincovey.com and enter your company email address.
• You will be taken to your company's SSO provider login page if your organization has Single Sign-On enabled. You can enter your SSO credentials there, and you will be redirected to the Impact Platform.
• Otherwise, you will be asked to input your password. If you do not know your password, please visit this page.
