Users can follow the instructions below to change the language of the closed captions on every All Access Pass video.
- Launch the module
- To access the closed caption menu, hover over the "CC" icon in the bottom right-hand corner, and don't click – clicking the closed caption icon will disable the scrollbar in the menu and prevent you from being able to scroll through the menu of available languages.
- A menu of available languages will appear. Please choose the desired language to begin displaying them on the video
| You may turn off closed captions by selecting "captions off" in the menu or adjust the format of the closed captions by selecting the "captions settings" option. |
