When preparing to facilitate your live event, you will see different versions of the facilitator PowerPoints under the "Present Live Events" section: "Flexible Platforms (Embedded Video)," "Embedded - Open Captions," and "Player." The PPTs have different technical specifications tailored to meet your needs, depending on how you deliver the course.
1. Flexible Platforms (Embedded Video)
"Flexible Platforms (Embedded Video)" PPTs are designed for live-online delivery on your chosen flexible digital platform (e.g., Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, etc.). These versions of the PPTs include facilitator videos embedded in the presentation.
2. Embedded - Open Captions
"Embedded - Open Captions" PPTs are designed for live in-person delivery. These versions of the PPTs include the facilitator videos with open captions embedded in the presentation.
3. Player
"Player" PPTs are designed to accommodate facilitators who want to download smaller file sizes, and the facilitator videos are not embedded in the presentation. The "Player" version of the PPTs contains links to the videos, where they are streamed from the internet – and internet access is required to stream the videos. The "Player" versions also accommodate international delivery where downloading PPTs is impacted by international copyright laws.
| In some flexible digital platform delivery cases, the "Player" versions may work best. If you have questions about which versions of the PowerPoint will be best for your work session after reading this article, please contact All Access Care. |
