The Company Electronics Extended Warranty Policy

1. Definitions

• "Product" refers to the The Company Electronics branded laptop covered by this extended warranty.
• "Original Warranty" refers to the manufacturer's standard warranty that comes with the Product.
• "Extended Warranty Period" refers to the period of 24 months following the expiration of the Original Warranty.

2. Warranty Coverage 2.1. The Extended Warranty extends the Original Warranty by an additional 24 months, covering the Product for a total of 36 months from the date of purchase. 2.2. This Extended Warranty covers the costs of parts and labor for repairs due to manufacturing defects or failures in normal use. 2.3. The Extended Warranty includes:

• Up to two claims for accidental damage (subject to a deductible of $50 per claim).
• Battery replacements if the battery holds less than 50% of its original capacity.
• Free mail-in or in-store service for repairs.

3. Exclusions This Extended Warranty does not cover: 3.1. Regular wear and tear. 3.2. Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents) that does not affect the functionality of the Product. 3.3. Software issues, including malware or virus infections. 3.4. Damage from natural disasters or Acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes, lightning). 3.5. Theft or loss of the Product.

4. Claims Process 4.1. To file a claim, contact The Company Electronics Customer Service within the Extended Warranty Period. 4.2. Proof of purchase and the original warranty documentation must be presented when filing a claim. 4.3. The Customer Service team will provide instructions on how to send in or bring the Product for service.

5. Service and Repairs 5.1. If a valid claim is made, The Company Electronics will, at its discretion, repair the Product using new or refurbished parts, or replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product of equal or greater functionality. 5.2. All replaced parts or Products become the property of The Company Electronics. 5.3. Repaired or replaced Products will be warranted for the remainder of the original Extended Warranty Period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

6. Limitation of Liability 6.1. The Company Electronics' maximum liability under this Extended Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product. 6.2. The Company Electronics is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; this limitation of liability applies to all damages of any kind.

7. Conditions 7.1. The Extended Warranty is valid only if the Product:

• Has not been modified or repaired by anyone other than The Company Electronics or a service provider authorized by The Company Electronics.
• Has been used according to the The Company Electronics User Manual and instructions.

8. Transferability 8.1. This Extended Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.

9. Cancellation Policy 9.1. The customer may cancel the Extended Warranty within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no service has been utilized under the Extended Warranty. 9.2. After 30 days, the Extended Warranty is non-refundable.

10. Governing Law 10.1. This Extended Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Product was purchased.
