Are you ready to embark on your trading journey with Titan FX? Opening a new account is the first step towards accessing the world of financial markets and unleashing your trading potential. In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple and straightforward process of opening a new account at Titan FX.
Step 1: Visit the Titan FX account registration page.
To begin the account opening process, navigate to the Titan FX account registration page using your preferred web browser.
Step 2: Create your login.
Ensure that "Individual Trading Account" is selected. Enter your email address and password, then click the "Get Started" button.
Step 3: Choose Your Account Type.
After selecting options for each field based on your preferences, tick the checkbox, and click the "Continue" button.
Step 4: Complete the Registration Form.
You will be presented with a registration form to fill out. Provide accurate details such as your name, country of residence, and contact information.
For residents of Japan: Select "Japan" as your country, and then proceed to enter your address*, etc., on the following screen. If you enter the postal code and click "Address Search" at this point, the address, including the town name, will be automatically filled in.However, please make sure to manually enter the address after the town name.
For residents other than Japan: Please select your country of residence and proceed to enter your address manually.
Step 5: Verify your phone Number.
Enter your mobile number and click on "Send Verification Code".
You will receive the verification code via SMS. Enter the code in the verification code field and click on "Verify".
Once the phone number is verified, click on "Open Trading Account".
If you are unable to verify your number, click on "I'm unable to verify my number". This will allow you to skip SMS verification and proceed to the next step.
Step 6: Verify Your Email.
The display will change as follows:
You will receive an email with the subject "Titan FX: Please Verify Email Request".
Click on the 'Verify Now' button.
A screen will change as follows: Click on "Login" and log in to the client cabinet using your credentials.
Step 7: You will receive the MT4/5 account details.
You will receive a 'Titan FX MT5(4) Account Now Available' email containing the login information for the MT terminal and a password.
Step 8: Provide Account Verification Documentation (if required).
Depending on requirements and account type, you may be asked to provide additional documentation for identity verification purposes.
To submit documents for identity verification, please use the “Client Cabinet.” Follow these steps:
- Log in to the Client Cabinet.
- Click on your account holder’s name at the top-right, then select “Profile.”
- Navigate to “Identity Verification and KYC Information”
Alternatively, you can click on "Complete Onboarding" in the "Deposit" and "Withdraw" tab
Step 9: Uploading the documents.
You will need to upload a "Proof of Identity," which can be a photo of your passport, national ID, or driver's license. Select the document type you wish to upload. You can easily drag and drop the document.
If your phone number is not verified, you will be asked to upload a Proof of Address document. Select the document type you wish to upload. You can easily drag and drop the document in the following window.
Please note that for SMS-verified clients, a Proof of Address (POA) is not required, and the option to upload POA will not be visible.
After uploading the required documents, click on "Submit" to complete the process.
Once the required documents are submitted, the following message will appear.
Step 10: Await Document Verification.
Our team will review the documents you've provided. Upon approval, you will receive an official email titled "Titan FX Client Cabinet Account Registration Successful". This confirms your full onboarding, granting you access to all account-related functionalities, including deposits and withdrawals.
